Is there a minimum order?
No, there is no minimum order.  However if you are a Singapore customer and wish to take advantage of our free shipping option your order must reach at least SGD 50.00.

How do I make payment for my order?
Singapore orders – We accept Cheque, DBS/POSB Bank Internet Transfer, DBS/POSB ATM Transfer, PayPal Payments
International orders – We accept payment by PayPal only.

How much is shipping?
We offer FREE shipping to all Singapore orders with minimum order amount of SGD 50.00.  These orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail with transit time of about 2-3  working days from date of despatch.  Singapore orders below SGD50.00 will be ship for a flat rate of SGD3.00 per delivery.  International orders enjoy FREE shipping with minimum order amount of SGD120.00.  These orders are shipped via SingPost Registered Mail with transit time of about 7-14 working days from date of despatch.  International orders below SGD120.00 will be ship for a flat rate of SGD10.00 per delivery.

How quickly do we ship?
All orders are processed once payment has been cleared.  Orders will be dispatched for shipping in about 3-5 working days.  Orders are shipped on Mondays to Fridays, excluding public/national holidays.

Why is the color of the crystal received different from website?
Most of the gemstones and crystals used in our jewelry are natural and come from Mother nature.  They are likely to have variations and imperfections and our photographs aim to convey this as accurately as possible.  Due to this, the size and color of the beads will vary.  

I would like to make changes to my order, what can I do?
We encourage you to check and ensure the correct item and quantity of your order is correct before checking out at Reiki Portal.  In case you should enter an order incorrectly, please write to us immediately within 24 hours at sales@reiki-portal.com.  Depending on the level of progress already achieved on your item, we may possibly be able to accommodate your request.  Unfortunately after this time has passed absolutely no alternations will be allowed.  Until you received our reply to your mail, otherwise the order which you have placed in Reiki Portal webpage will be taken as final.
